Grandmaster Willie McIntosh didn't just build a dance academy. He built a movement. Founded on the belief that social dancing Salsa, has the power to heal. Since then BCS has grown from one studio to 11 locations across 3 continents, strengthening military morale, building communities, and transforming lives through movement since 2010.
Ranked #2 in the world — second only to Grandmaster Edie "The Salsa Freak" Williams. One of only two Grandmasters globally certified in the Black Belt Salsa® platform.
THE ORIGIN STORY
In 2008 Willie founded the BailaCante Dance Society — which grew into the Baile Con Sazón Dance Academy in 2010 with locations across the United States and in three other countries. Known as the "University of Salsa" — BCS blends a student-first mentality with a deep respect for the cultural roots of each dance style, creating an environment where every student is treated like family from day one. His fun, energetic, and methodical teaching style has drawn over 16,000 students from around the world — all eager to experience the Art of Social dancing through Baile Con Sazón's unique approach — where precision meets passion and every dancer finds their flavor.
