Baile Con Sazón (BCS) was born from a simple but powerful mission: to provide authentic, high-quality Salsa On2 instruction rooted in the true art of social dancing. Founder Willie McIntosh didn’t just want to learn steps—he set out to master the language of the social dance floor. With that mastery came a vision: to build the #1 Dance Academy in the world, dedicated to teaching the art of social dance. Today, Baile Con Sazón has made that vision a reality, with global locations that inspire everyday people to dance Salsa On2 with confidence, connection, and Sazón.

From the start, the Baile Con Sazón foundation has been the Black Belt Salsa® System—a proven, belt-level progression that makes learning methodical, easy to follow, and fast to master. Layered into this is our Mambo style-inspired technique, shaped by direct training with Adolfo Indacochea of Empire Mambo NYC. The result is a powerful blend of a structure BCS syllabus, style, and sabor that produces dancers who move with precision, passion, and Sazón.

Willie McIntosh is the visionary behind Baile Con Sazón, serving as its Founder, Owner, and Director of Dance for global operations. Recognized worldwide for his skill and leadership on and off the dance floor, Willie was credited and nominated by the world-renowned Salsa dancer and trainer Edie “The Salsa Freak” Williams as one of the “World’s Best Leads,” with plans for a future feature role in her acclaimed video series World’s Best Leads.

One of two Grandmasters "Globally" in the Black Belt Salsa® platform, Willie’s training is both extensive and ongoing. He devotes more than 1,000 hours per year to learning from top Latin dance instructors across the globe, refining his technique, musicality, and teaching methods. His expertise spans Salsa On2, Salsa On1, Bachata, and Sa-Soul Fitness, along with choreography for performance teams. In 2008, Willie founded the BailaCante Dance Society, which grew into the Baile Con Sazón Dance Academy—with locations spread across the United States and in three other countries. Known as the “University of Salsa,” BCS blends a student-first mentality with a deep respect for the cultural roots of each dance style, creating an environment where every student is treated like family from day one.

Willie has trained, performed, and completed courses with some of the most respected names in the industry, including Griselle Ponce, Eddie Torres, Nery Garcia, Jose Luis, Adolfo Indacochea, Tania Cannarsa, Shaka Brown, Troy and Jorjet Alcocer, and of course, Grandmaster Edie “The Salsa Freak” Williams. His fun, energetic, and methodical teaching style has drawn over 10,000 students from around the world, all eager to experience the art of social dancing through Baile Con Sazón’s unique approach—where precision meets passion and every dancer finds their flavor.

Willie has performed, taught, and commanded the dance floor as a world-class lead across the globe, including the USA, Italy, Germany, Malta, Greece, Croatia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Tunisia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Slovenia, Hawaii, Honduras, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Belize, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Antigua, St. Thomas, St. Kitts, and the British Virgin Islands.

Willie is now recognized as a true instructor of instructors, holding the title of Grandmaster and 3rd Degree Black Belt—ranked #2 in the world, second only to Grandmaster Edie ‘The Salsa Freak.
